A new and simpler way to install Gardenhouse images

A couple of days ago, the florist build-installer function was removed. It was barely tested and I had no idea if it even worked. Today I am happy to announce that Gardenhouse now has proper installers again!

The gardenhouse-installer project allows users to create bootable ISOs, ready to flash disk images and even iPXE directories to install over the network!

The project reuses the florist disk image definitions, and has a presets config file that neatly ties into firstboot, to allow for a fully zero-touch installation.
