Seedfiles is now included in ::gentoo

Seedfiles is now available on all Gentoo systems thanks to being available in the ::gentoo repository!

As of now it remains an ~arch package, so manual unmasking is required. But hopefully we will soon see it as a stable package, including a stable revision of virtual/tmpfiles which includes Seedfiles as an option.
