Gardenhouse systemd-userdb reimplementation

As part of the ongoing effort to create alternatives to Systemd components, Gardenhouse now has gardenerDB as a drop-in replacement for systemd-userdb!

This will allow users to run GNOME on non-sytemd setups, since GNOME will start requiring userdb with ongoing versions.

GardenDB consists of stanadlone executables, it contains service scripts for OpenRC, Runit, s6 and systemd.

So far only OpenRC and systemd have been tested, but I’m excited to hear reports of other init systems!

The name ‘gardenerDB’ may sound weird, it’s a play on Gardenhouse’s name, as the main users of a Gardenhouse as gardeners, hence gardenerDB.
